Basis of Sale:

The descriptions of the Goods on our website serve as preliminary information only and do not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Goods. Once an Order is submitted on the Website, it may be rejected for specific reasons such as stock unavailability or pricing errors. We commit to communicating the reason for rejection promptly.
The Order process is clearly outlined on the Website. Each step allows you to verify and correct any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have followed the ordering process correctly.

A Contract for the sale of Goods ordered is only formed when you receive an email from us confirming the Order (Order Confirmation). You must verify the accuracy of the Order Confirmation and inform us immediately of any discrepancies. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the Order details provided by you. By placing an Order, you agree to us providing confirmation of the Contract through an email containing all necessary information. You will receive the Order Confirmation within a reasonable time after the Contract is made, and in any event, no later than the delivery of any Goods supplied under the Contract.
Any quotation provided is valid for a maximum period of 14 days from its date, unless expressly withdrawn by us sooner.

Variation of Contract:

Changes to the Contract, including descriptions of the Goods, fees, or other details, are not permitted after it has been finalized unless such variations are agreed upon in writing by both the Customer and the Supplier.

Consumer and Business Contracts:

These Terms and Conditions are intended for Contracts entered into by you as a Consumer. If you are purchasing as a business, please notify us so that we can provide a different contract with terms more suitable to your needs, potentially offering different or additional rights.

 

Price and Payment:

The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges are as set out on the Website at the date of the Order or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.
Payment must be made by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Order. We reserve the right to take payment immediately or at any point before delivery of the Goods.

 

Delivery:

We commit too delivering the Goods to the Delivery Location by the agreed time or within the agreed period, or if no period has been agreed, without undue delay and within no more than 30 days from the day on which the Contract is made.

If we do not deliver the Goods on time, you can treat the Contract as terminated if we refuse to deliver the Goods, or if timely delivery was specified as essential at the time of contract, or if after a delay, you have stipulated a new reasonable period which we have also failed to meet. In such cases, we will promptly refund all payments made under the Contract.
If the Goods have been delivered, but you choose to cancel or reject the Goods, we will refund all payments made under the Contract for any such cancelled or rejected Goods without delay. You must either return the Goods to us or allow us to collect them, at our cost.

International Delivery:

We currently do not deliver to addresses outside England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands

Miscellaneous:

Goods may be delivered in instalments if there is a shortage of stock or due to other genuine reasons. You will not incur additional charges under such circumstances unless specifically agreed upon.

If you fail to take delivery of the Goods at the Delivery Location through no fault of ours, we may charge you the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.

Ownership of the Goods transfers to you upon completion of delivery or customer collection. You are encouraged to examine the Goods upon acceptance, when reasonably practicable.
